1) because over 100 people were invited, significantly more than that number will hear about it -- we've never had a problem with townies on campus before, and look what happened last week
2) the gymnast house is the first house on lafayette, less than a block from here, and always have to worry about townies: two weeks ago a group of townies crashed their party and stole two iphones, several ipods, and party stuff in the living room -- they don't throw 100+ people parties anymore as a result
3) i don't feel comfortable with that many people being invited to a party at our house, and i wish the housemates had been consulted concerning a party that big.
